01. Rejection of nominal deposit and consolidation of deposit

In the form of application with photo in the form prescribed by the individual or organization government, in accordance with the provisions of the State Acquisition and Tenancy Act 1950, naming, depositing, consolidation of deposit and amendment of records are done. It takes a maximum of 28 days to get this service. At present the office has 100% e-naming process and in this process one has to apply for naming on the website "National Land-Information and Service Framework" www.land.gov.bd. The court fee of Rs 20 has to be submitted online (via Rocket) along with the application for registration. Subsequently, if the namazari is approved, a notice issuance fee, record correction fee and new ledger preparation fee of Rs. 1150 / - (one thousand one hundred and fifty) has to be deposited through DCR.

02. Provision of agricultural khas land settlement among the landless

Landless persons are provided settlement in accordance with the Agricultural Khas Land Settlement Policy at the rate of Rs. For this you have to apply along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land). It takes 90 days for landless selection, Upazila and District Committees to approve.

03. Provide long term settlement of non-agricultural khas land

Non-agricultural khas land is provided at market price in different categories according to the long-term settlement policy on the application of the individual or organization. For this you have to apply along with the Deputy Commissioner. It takes a total of 90 days including on-the-spot investigation, verification of records and approval of the Ministry of Land.

04. Chandina VT located in Hat Bazaar provides one-stop settlement

The Chandina VTs located in the Perry Ferry Approved Hat Markets are leased to a maximum of 0.0050 acres or half a hundred acres of land per family considering the real traders as occupiers. 09. Lease renewal of vested property

Lands in List A have to apply to the Assistant Commissioner (Land) for renewal of lease. A copy of the lease is to be attached with the application. Subject to the possession report, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer approved the renewal of the lease. It takes a maximum of 21 days to renew the lease.

10. To change the class of land.

To change the class of land one has to apply along with the Deputy Commissioner / Assistant Commissioner (Land). The report of the Assistant Commissioner (Land) was approved by the Deputy Commissioner. In this case it takes a maximum of 30 days.

11. Correction of clerical erroneous records

In the final published BRS ledger, various clerical errors (such as spelling mistakes in names, errors in parts, errors in the amount of land, errors in marks) have to be applied to the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / miscellaneous cases have to be filed. Documents in favor of the application have to be attached with the application. It takes 15 days to correct the record.
