After receiving the application, the Upazila Krishi Khas Land Management and Settlement Committee called a public meeting at the union level to verify whether the applicant was actually landless. Subsequently, after the on-the-spot investigation and verification of records with the entry (Register-12) in the relevant register at the Upazila Land Office, the proposal / report is sent to the Union Land Office for submission. Proposal / report is sent to the Upazila Land Office after verifying the location and records of the land required. The opinion of the Kanungo / Surveyor of the Upazila Land Office was taken on the proposal received and a sketch map of the agricultural khas land was prepared. The settlement proposal was then presented at the meeting of the Upazila Krishi Khas Land Management and Settlement Committee and it was sent to the Deputy Commissioner's Office for approval by the District Committee. After final approval by the Deputy Commissioner, the Assistant Commissioner (Land) executes the confession and the registration of documents is completed through the Sub-Registry Office and the possession of the landless is explained. In addition, it is sent to the Union Land Office for registration and submission and correction of records. The work is done by sending the Tamil report to the Upazila Land Office by the Union Land Assistant Officer at the end of the record correction.

After receiving the application at the Upazila Land Office, it is sent to the concerned Union Land Office. The Union Land Assistant Officer submitted the report at the end of the on-the-spot investigation and verification of records. After receiving the opinion of Kanungo of the Upazila Land Office, the proposal along with the opinion is sent by the Assistant Commissioner (Land) to the Upazila Executive Officer for approval. After receiving the Land Transfer (LT) Notice from the Sub-Registrar's Office or the application from the applicant, it is sent to the Union Land Office with an entry in the relevant register. The Union Land Assistant Officer sent the proposal / report to the Upazila Land Office at the end of the on-the-spot investigation and verification of records. The Assistant Commissioner (Land) then fixes the date of hearing and gives notice to the applicant / record owner and the concerned. Hearing and scrutiny of documents on the scheduled date, the namjari was granted or not. After receiving the application at the Upazila Land Office, various case documents are created and sent to the concerned Union Land Office for submission of proposals / reports. After receiving the proposal / report, it is verified (especially if there is any government interest) and the document along with the opinion is sent to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue). The Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) sends the relevant documents / documents and documents to the Assistant Commissioner (Land) after verifying / examining the opinion of the Assistant Commissioner (Land). Providing non-agricultural khas land settlement

After receiving the application through the office of the Deputy Commissioner, it is sent to the Union Land Office with an entry in the relevant register. The Union Land Assistant Officer sent the proposal / report to the Upazila Land Office after on-the-spot investigation and verification of records. The proposal / report received is verified / examined by the Kanungo / Surveyor of the Upazila Land Office and a sketch map is prepared. The Assistant Commissioner (Land) examines the proposal / report and sends it along with the opinion to the UNO. The Upazila Nirbahi Officer sent the documents along with the opinion to the Deputy Commissioner's Office. After the on-the-spot investigation and submission of opinion by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), it is sent to the Ministry of Land for final approval. In some cases, the approval of the head of government through the land ministry is required. After approval, it is actually sent to the Upazila Land Office through the Deputy Commissioner. The contract is executed when the applicant submits the prescribed salami and price to the government treasury. Then at the end of the registration of documents the naming and possession is handed over.

Explain the occupation of settled khas land

If a khas land (agricultural / non-agricultural) settlement is made in favor of an applicant or if the settlement is approved, a confession is executed. Then the registration is done through the sub-registry office for the benefit of the beneficiary. After the registration is completed, naming and depositing is done. At the end of the signature of the ledger prepared by the Union Land Assistant Officer, a copy is sent to the Union Land Assistant Officer for correction of the record. The Union Land Assistant Officer corrected the record and started holding and sent the Tamil report to the Upazila Land Office. Besides, he handed over the possession of the settled land (measured if necessary) in the shortest possible time.

The Assistant Commissioner is to apply along the land. After receiving the application, it is sent to the Union Land Office for verification. Permission or transfer of land is granted or revoked on the basis of reports, records and information obtained at the hearing from the Union Assistant Land Officer. Under section 96 of the SA&T Act, 1950, an adivasi can only transfer his land to another adivasi or mortgage it completely. However, if the adivasi is not found as the recipient, he can transfer the land to any person other than the adivasi with the written permission of the local revenue officer.
